Neighbourhood helps you find places to eat, drink and spend time in New Zealand. You may browse without an account. A profile is only needed for things that have to be yours — saving, planning, booking, splitting and rewards.

Please use Neighbourhood lawfully and respectfully. Don't scrape it, don't try to break its security, and don't misuse another person's profile.

We work hard on accuracy: every fact carries its source, a confidence level and a checked date, and some facts only appear once a venue confirms them. Even so, opening hours, menus, prices and events change. Always check with the venue for anything that matters.

Where you book, the booking is between you and the venue. Their terms, deposits and cancellation rules apply. Neighbourhood is not a party to it.

Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may change or end. We won't remove points you've already earned without telling you.

You keep ownership of reviews, photos and lists you add. You give us permission to show them in Neighbourhood. Only upload imagery you have the right to share.

Neighbourhood is provided as-is. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the app or a visit to a venue.

You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & Data. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
